Returns and product changes

The goal of OUTLET-ONE is satisfied customers. However, if the user wishes to change a product, he has the right to do so within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of dispatch, provided that the return is made with the cooperating courier company (SPEEDEX).

You can change the product you bought as many times as you wish.

The shipping costs of the first return - change are borne by our company.
*NOTE (The return is always made with the same Courier that received the product)

All products returned for change must be in their original quality condition, have not been removed from these tabs and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. The user is obliged to try the product he bought without removing the tab, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

If all the above conditions are met, OUTLET-ONE is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. [The value of the new product chosen by the customer instead of the one he originally received must be equal to the higher of the returned product.] In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer. Returns of products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt at OUTLET-ONE by the courier. The cost of return and new shipment in the event of a second change of the product is borne by the user with 5.00 euros regardless of the amount.

 

Defective products

Defective products are those that have been damaged upon receipt or that show a manufacturing error within one (1) month from the date of purchase. Products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product, if available otherwise the customer can choose any other item desired. However, OUTLET-ONE reserves the right, in the event of a controversial complaint, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to determine whether the complaint is genuine. The user will be informed of the progress of his complaint. Where possible, OUTLET-ONE will repair the defective product.
On return and re-shipment of defective products, the customer will not be charged any shipping costs.
If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.
